Scale 75 operator 79

So I had a bit of a D'oh moment with this kit, I started painting and remembered I was doing a photo build, so here we are in progress but not that far.

 

So with a first coat of gold yellow Vallejo game air 72.707 

 

And the face is almost complete painted with barbarian flesh 72.771, burned flesh 72.770 for the shadow and flesh 72.769 for highlighting.

The shadow was done with the airbrush from below and highlight from above.

 

With a 50/50 fleshtone shade 73.204 and airbrush thinner 

 

And after 3 coats of yellow 

 

And after final asmbling 

 

Over all it was a 50-60 hour kit not to complex and turnd out very nice 

Back again

Well I'm back with summer fast approaching its time to get the blog restated and I'll be doing the shortly with a photo build of a royal class eduard 1/48 spitfire and bf-109 and then a scale 75 75mm figure.

As for drinks I'm currently drinking an old style cocktail a gimlet, 1 1/2 Oz of gin (I use Gordon's gin) 1 Oz of roses lime cordial (only roses lime cordial) 

So that's all for now.

so I started my first kit the stug assault gun so this is the start of it, the kit is old looking at the instruction book, but its an ok kit, sum flash but its easy to clean off with file and knife.

Well I went for it

So I decided to buy a 120mm figure as an experiment, I am not much of a figure guy outer than the 28mm war gaming type, that I did badly.
This kit is more for summing to do till I can get out and use the airbrush.
so I will build and post photos

My plan for this blog

Well what I am hoping to with this blog is to show my onions on model kits and show progress in the build proses, and maybe in sum small way be helpful to sum.
also like to educate people to what I consider to be good drinkable (and not overpriced) alcohol.
